In order to get the things done, here are The 5 steps that we follow in the hiring process:

1. We understand the vision and the need of the client regarding the future employee also from technical skills and soft skills perspective. 

2. We start the effective search of the candidates through social channels or internal databases and get in touch.

3. When we have positive responses: we have preliminary discussions with the candidates to check: their personality type, their background and their desires for the future, but also, to present our opening and the needs.

4. After the call-selection, we are sending the profile of the candidate to the client and establish technical discussions and interviews. 

5. When the recruiting process is successfully closed, we maintain the connection with the candidate, and we are continually giving and receiving feedback.
 
For us, the recruitment process means more than an employment contract; it means a win-win situation, and a happy client leads to a happy employee.
